My name is Stacie Belair and I have  lost 83lbs since 2010. I've gone from a size 24 to a size 16.   I am the mother of three very active children, ages 11 and 7 year old twins. 

 I specialize in working with people ages 25-45 who have a little or a lot to lose and want to get healthy.  I can help you with nutrition, exercise and moral support.

Hi, my name is Brad Williams. I am an Expert Level Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Sports Nutritionist. If you are truly interested in changing your life through a combination of hard work in the gym, making the right choices in what you eat, and improving your overall physical and mental health, I can promise immediate results.
A lot of people - most with good intentions - try a lot of things to achieve a more healthy lifestyle, and are disappointed when it doesn't work for them. What they lack, is a custom-tailored plan that takes into account their height, weight, age, medical history, eating habits, and available free time to achieve the results they seek.

Most people in training in the gym never really learn proper form and technique. They think they do, but they don't. The same holds true with what they put in their mouth. They read a couple of articles about proper nutrition, and think they are ready to go. Obviously this isn't true, or so many people wouldn't be disappointed with their fitness and nutrition results!
