Helping people live healthy by eating properly and exercising correctly is the main focus for my Karved Bodies Fitness business. I have worked with many people that begin a program but do not stick to it because they get bored or have no motivation. Karved Bodies programs invite people to work in a group with other individuals with the same goals and determination. I spend a lot of time researching exercises and putting together programs that work every muscle to exhaustion through strength and cardio. My programs are designed for every age group and fitness level so that each individual can achieve their own personal fitness goals. Personal one to one training sessions are also offered for people who would like instruction in a more private setting. Hi, my name is Ryan McNulty and I am a 24 year old graduate of St. John Fisher College. I have two main passions in life that are never-ending, my beautiful 3 year old baby girl and fitness. When it comes to fitness, I am a huge believer in the fact that hard work and determination can take you to any goal you have set for yourself. In high school, I was always a smaller kid in the 140-150 pound range. It wasn't until I started college that I realized that I had a love for fitness and watching my body transform. In the 6 year time frame since then, I have taken myself from 140 pounds to 200 pounds with a single digit body fat percentage. This has all come from the belief that I can be better than who I was today, and understanding the fundamentals of a proper diet. Even though I specialize in muscle growth, I also have a great understanding of how to properly maximize fat loss while maintaining one's muscle base.
